Rodney Lee Scholz

Rodney was born to Donald and Judith (Bowman) Scholz on June 24, 1959. He was raised in Racine and attended The Prairie School and Wm Horlick High School where he excelled as a student gymnast.

Gymnastics, health, and reading remained themes throughout his life. Rodney also enjoyed exploring the parks and natural features of Wisconsin with his young children and grandchildren. He was a very thoughtful and loving man that was greatly loved by his family and friends. He is in a better place now and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and father. He is survived by his mother, Judy; his 2 brothers, Jon and Dan; his sister, Therese; his two sons, Bramm and Brock; his daughter, Codie; and his three grandchildren, Gabriel, Indigo, and Quinn.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1533 Erie St., Friday, April 26, 2024, 11 am with Rev. Steve Varghese officiating. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the Mass 10-11 am.
