Charles Ray Odom born May 16, 1962 in Waukegan, Illinois. He passed on September 21, 2019 unexpectedly in his home.

Chuck was an amazing husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He worked at various places over his short life. He worked longest at The Keno Cab Co., Label Makers, and IEA. He was loved by many people and would give the shirt off his back if you needed it.

Chuck married his soulmate on September 8, 2018 in Racine, WI. He is survived by his beautiful wife, Roberta; his children William Odom, Carrie (Francisco) Munoz, Heather Odom, and his stepson Nicholas. He is also survived by his grandchildren Anjelita, Marino Jr., Deziray, Antonio, Serenity, Lainey, Melody, Marjorie, Izabella, Luciana, and Francisco Jr.; brothers, Daniel, Stanley, and Philip; and many nieces and nephews.

Chuck joined heaven to be with his mother Mary, his father Daniel, his sister Betsy, his adopted father Ronald Gavin, Guadalupe his grandchild and two grandchildren who were not named.

He will never be forgotten, and he will always be in our hearts.

A gathering for family and friends will be held Saturday, October 5, 2019, 4- 5 P.M at Preservation Hall Racine, 740 Lake Avenue. A Time to share memories will follow at 5 P.M. Memorials to the family have been suggested.
