Cheryl Lynn Patterson

Cheryl Lynn Patterson, age 69, passed away Friday, June 5, 2026, at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice, Wauwatosa. She was born in Waukegan, IL, July 14, 1956, daughter of the late John and Clara (Nee:Morris) Monahan.

Cheryl graduated from Lake Forest High School “Class of 1974”. She was employed by Perfection Equipment in Gurnee for over 30 years. In her spare time Cheryl enjoyed reading, action movies, and gaming. She was a proud mother who will be remembered for her strong will, great sense of humor and her love of family. She will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her daughter, Corey Repinski; her brother, Michael Monahan; sisters, Cynthia Monahan, Cecilia Abernathy; cousin, Kathleen Kramer; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Patrick Monahan and daughter-in-law, Latisha Ann Perkins-Repinski.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to staff at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.
