James "Jim" I. Pirk

James Irving Pirk, “Jim”, age 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Tuesday, May 6, 2025. He was born in Racine, WI, January 5, 1965, the 4th of 4 children of Walter and Imogene (Nee: Barnes) Pirk.

Jim attended Washington Park High School and was employed as a Forklift Driver for various companies. He had a great love for fishing, the outdoors and his dog, Sky. He was a beloved son, brother and uncle who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are his son, Michael Pirk; sisters, Peggy Pirk and Patti Pirk; sister-in-law, Carole Pirk; nieces and nephews, Michelle (Bill) Kroncke, Robert Pirk Jr. (Kristi), Marlene (Nate) Kielholz, Tony Valadez; great nieces and great nephews (he had a special bond with Vahldis and Rhiannon), his lifelong and best friend, Jason Morgan; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert.

A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held at a later date.
