Mark Andersen

Mark W. Andersen, age 62, passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at his residence. He was born in Charleston, SC, July 16, 1955, son of Wayne and Jacki (Nee: Sommerfeld) Andersen.

He proudly served with the United States Navy. He enjoyed riding his bike, was a huge movie buff and Star Wars fan. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.

He will be dearly missed by his mother, Jacki Andersen; his sisters and brothers, Karen M. Luxem (Jonathan “Poncho” Schelling), David R. (Laurel) Andersen, Donna (Greg) Kent, Ken Andersen; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Andersen.

Private funeral services were held with interment at the Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Town of Dover.
