Yvonne Blair

Yvonne Blair, age 57, passed away on Tuesday May 5, 2020 at Ascension All Saints Medical Center. Yvonne was born in Chicago on November 9, 1962, daughter of the late Joseph and Mable (nee: Flowers) Blair.

Yvonne graduated from Englewood High School “Class of 1981”. She was last employed with St. Monica’s Senior Living and previously as a CNA with All Saints Medical Center and Lincoln Lutheran. In her spare time, Yvonne enjoyed singing and cleaning, because she was a neat freak.! She will be best remembered for her great love for her family.

Yvonne will be dearly missed by her children, Carletta Blair (Deon Jackson), Terrance (Yolanda) Blair, Brian Blair, Kakisha Blair, Mable Blair; 21 grandchildren ; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Ernestine (John) Cole, Mary Haggins, Joseph Blair, Patricia Price, Denise Blair; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents, Yvonne was also preceded in death by her son, Joseph.

Private family funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday May 14, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. noon, with Rev. Chuncey Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
