Doreen Mae Lee, age 64, passed away Friday, March 3, 2023, at Accent Care hospice Center in Oak Creek, WI. She was born in Racine, WI, July 22, 1958, daughter of the late Robert and Pauline (Nee: Learned) Resch and had been a lifelong resident.

Doreen attended Wm. Horlick High School “Class of 1976”. On June 17, 1977, she was united in marriage to David D. Lee and they were blessed with 4 children, Brian, Michelle, Jennifer and Aaron. Doreen had been employed by Warren Packaging, McDonald’s and the Plaza Smoke Shop. She was active in her children’s activities and served as Leader of Girl Scout Troop 200. Doreen enjoyed, camping, motorcycle rides, crocheting, getting tattoos, collector of all things Tweety and anything that involved time with her family. She will be remembered for being the kindest and most loving person who opened up her heart to everyone. She will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her husband of 45 years, David; 3 children, Michelle LeGath, Jennifer Lee, Aaron Lee; 5 grandchildren, Jade Lee, Jordan LeGath, Lexus Baumstark, Lanie Lee, Lathan Lee; brother, Lonnie (Sandy) Resch; sister, Corene (Steve) Trowbridge; brother-in-law, Paul Lee; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Brian; Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Herbert and Ruth (Nee: Phillips) Lee.

A memorial service will be held at the funeral home, Sunday, March 12, 2023, at 2 pm. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the service 1-2 pm.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Accent Care Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.
