Jessie O. Rowell

Jessie O Rowell, age 70, transitioned from his earthy home to his heavenly home on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at his residence in Racine, WI. Jessie was born on May 28, 1952, to the late Nora Lee Ingram and Walker Rowell Jr in Florence Alabama. Jessie enjoyed his time on earth.

Jessie worked as a spot welder, he loved fishing, traveling, and joking with family. Jessie was always the life of the party.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Nora Lee Ingram and Walker Rowell Jr. sister: Cynthia Simpson and niece: Tonya Simpson Harley.

Jessie leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and devoted fiancé of 28 years Beulah Thomas (Young) of Racine WI, daughter: Falanda Rowell, siblings: Vernon Ingram, Pamela R. Rowell, Kathy D Davis, Walker F. Wingo of Florence Alabama, Thaddeus Rowell Long of New Orleans, Louisiana, William L Rowell of Rockford IL, Ella R Davis of Waukegan IL, Myrene Gigi Wise of Kankakee, IL. three stepchildren Jebreel, Lovell, and Alexandra all of Racine. Six sisters in laws and one brother-in-law with whom he was close to. With a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and grandchildren. Special friends and family Marshay, Jerry, and Red. Jessie will always be loved.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 8, 2022, 11 am at the funeral home with Pastor James Oates officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the service 10 am until 11 am.
