Lue Bertha Reynolds

Lue Bertha Reynolds, age 75, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019, at The Woods of Caledonia. She was born in Wilcox County, AL, November 18, 1944 and moved to Racine in 1981.

Lue was an excellent cook and loved caring for and feeding her family. She enjoyed cleaning not only for her family but had been employed by A1 Cleaning Service for a number of years. Lue also enjoyed dancing and playing cards. Lue had a kind and generous spirit. She took pleasure in helping others. One of her greatest qualities was that she loved to smile and make others smile. She had a heart full of love, care, and warmth. She was a cheerful person with an impactful presence.

She will be dearly missed by her children, Willie Andrews, Michelle (Uriah) Barry; grandchildren, Milagro Brown, Anaya Andrews, Jada Andrews, Datriona (Quenton) Carrington, Gwendolyn Kirksey, Alize Kirksey, Uriah Barry Jr., Ashanti Barry; great grandchildren, Jasiri and Yalani Carrington, Calvin Carothers Jr.; 3 sisters; 3 brothers; other relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Visitation will be held at the funeral Home Tuesday, December 10, 2019, 10 A.M until time of funeral services at 11:00 A.M with Elder James Oates officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
