Kenneth A. "Kenny" Fought

Kenneth A Fought, 63, passed away at his residence in Racine, WI April 24th, 2024. Ken was born to the late Geraldine Fought and Kenneth Fought Sr. on Aug 19, 1960 in Racine, WI.

He graduated from Park High School in 1978, attended U.W. Parkside, and further received a degree from the Guitar Institute of Technology in California. He remained single throughout his life and will most fondly be remembered as being married to his guitars and his love for music. A lifelong guitar and music instructor, as well as performer, he was cherished for his humor and vast knowledge of rock n roll, guitars, and his unrivaled passion for all things musical.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to all who knew and loved Ken. To all his students, friends and musical compatriots, it can’t be overstated how much we’re going to miss him.

Ken was preceded in death by his mother, father and sister. He is survived by his brother Paul Herwig of Maitland, Florida.

In lieu of a formal service, a get together to celebrate Ken‘s life will be planned sometime this summer at an undetermined Racine venue. please check social media for updates.
