Mary Ann graduated from Wm Horlick High School “Class of 1953”. On November 9, 1957, at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church she was united in marriage to Ronald F. Theama. They were blessed with 6 children and 55 years of marriage when Ron passed July 26, 2013. Prior to having children Mary Ann had worked at Hamilton Beach and when her children were older she was employed by Racine Unified School District for over 25 years as a secretary for the Research and Development Department. Mary Ann was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church and taught catechism classes there for many years. She enjoyed being a 4H leader for the club her children were involved in, especially teaching knitting classes. She also enjoyed playing cards with her family and friends from her card clubs. In later years, she helped Ron manage their Antique business. She will be remembered as a wonderful host for family holidays, celebrations and summer picnics. Above all she treasured the time spent with her family, especially her grandkids. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.
