Robert K. "Bob" Rogan

Robert “Bob” Rogan passed away on February 13, 2024. He was born on January 17, 1958 in Madison, Wisconsin.

Bob was one-of-a-kind. A singular individual and wild spirit throughout his entire life. Mould: broken.

He was the fully-grown, adult Robert Rogan from the day of his birth and Little Bobby Kevin until his very last moments.

Everyone that encountered Bob had amazing stories to tell. He was a multi-instrumentalist musician, artist, writer, amateur historian, pop-culture taxonomist and armchair philosopher. His greatest passions were the songs he created by himself and jamming with his friends and fellow musicians.

Bob is survived by his children, his grandchildren, his ten siblings and their gargantuan, Irish-Catholic family. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Eileen Rogan (né Keyes) and his grandson, Damien.

Visitation will be at 10 am on Saturday, June 1 at Sacred Heart Parish, 2201 Northwestern Avenue in Racine, followed by a funeral mass at 11am. There will be a private interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Racine on Monday, June 3.

The family would like to thank the friendly staff at Pleasant Point Senior Living who took tremendous care of Bob in his final months and the staff at Aurora Hospital who brought comfort during several emergencies.
