Terry James Tornow

Terry James Tornow, age 47, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 12, 2025. He was born in Wausau, August 1, 1978, son of Rolf and Rose (Nee: Pedretti) Tornow.

Terry was a graduate of D.C. Everest High School, “Class of 1997”. He furthered his education, graduating from the University of Stevens Point. On August 1, 2009, Terry was united in marriage to the love of his life Erin Lingard. Terry spent the latter part of his career with Ecolab a company he was proud to work with. His most recent role was as a field service trainer. Terry was active with 4-H, enjoyed trivia and Jeopardy, loved all genres of music (even tolerating Erin's choice of country music) and he had a keen eye as a photographer.

He was loved dearly and will be sadly missed by his wife, Erin, his daughters, Analiese and Claire; his parents, Rolf and Rose Tornow; sister, Jenny Tornow; mother-in-law, Dorothy Lingard; brother-in-law, Christopher (Jennifer) Lingard, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Terry was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Kevin Lingard.

A Memorial Service celebrating Terry’s life will be held at 11:30 am, at the funeral home, Saturday, November 8, 2025. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for Visitation on Saturday, at 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Memorials to one’s favorite charity have been suggested by the family.
