Angela Faye Stefanski, lovingly known as "Angie B," passed away peacefully on October 16, 2024, in Racine, Wisconsin, at the age of 60. Born on April 10, 1964, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Angie lived a life defined by faith, family, and resilience.

Angie was a mother to her children, Phillip (Lena) Cornelious, Asia Cornelious, and Antonio Colwell, and a proud grandmother to five grandchildren: Phillip Jr., Malaya, Phelon, Phiness, and Dallas. Though their journey together had its challenges, Angie’s love for her children was unwavering. She always wanted them to know how much she cared for them, and her deep desire was for her children to understand the depth of her love and the hopes she had for their future.

A graduate of Park High School in Racine, Angie went on to study psychology at Gateway Technical College. In her early years, she served her country proudly in the Navy and later became an active and faithful member of True Worship Apostolic Deliverance Ministries, where her love for the Lord shined in every part of her life. Angie had a deep appreciation for the Word of God and understood the power of prayer.

She is survived by her siblings Kimberly Phillips, Lee Brown Jr., and Shavonda Marks, as well as her niece Fatima Wakefiel and favorite Aunt Stella Thompson. Angie is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lee Brown and Mary Elizabeth Moncrief, and her son, Myles Turner.

Growing up in Kenosha, Angie was known for her vibrant personality, always lighting up a room with jokes and laughter. She loved watching crime shows and had a deep passion for music, especially old-school hip hop. Her favorite color was green, and she had a special fondness for denim and a good pair of tennis shoes.

Angie was direct, strong-willed, and always determined to accomplish whatever she set her mind to. She had an extraordinary bond with her sister, Kim—her "everything"—and the two were inseparable. Angie’s protective spirit and boundless patience when it came to Kim were a testament to her deep love for those she cared for.

Angie leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and determination. Her family and friends will forever cherish her memory, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home, 5:00 pm, Friday, October 25, 2024, with Rev. James Oates officiating. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for Visitation Friday at 4:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
