Arnita Trussell

Arnita Trussell, age 64, passed away on Sunday September 19, 2021, at Froedtert Lutheran Memorial Hospital in Milwaukee. Arnita was born in Meridian, MS on September 6, 1957, daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (nee: Price) Trussell.

Arnita attended Washington Park High School and later became a CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant. She was employed at various nursing homes in the Racine area. Arnita will be best remembered for great love and devotion to her family.

Arnita will be dearly missed by her children, Nathaniel Barker and Kala Barker (fiancé, Reginald Kirby); grandchildren, Danetra Barker, Nathaniel Barker Jr., and Amia Riddle; sisters and brothers, Elaine Trussell, Marian Trussell, Gwendolyn Trussell, Bart (Gwendolyn) Trussell, and Reginald Trussell; aunt Mary Simpson; uncle Leonard Glover; nieces and nephews, Tavares Trussell, Shinikka Johnson, Antonio Hunter, Michael Brooks, Javail Trussell, Ashley Trussell, Elecia Brown, Jaleesa Trussell and Isaiah Trussell; and other relatives and friends. Private family services will be held.
