Arthur H. Kenth

Arthur Harold Kenth, age 85, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Racine, WI, October 28, 1935, son of the late Harold Arthur and Marie Edith (Nee: MacKnight) Kenth.

Arthur graduated from St. Catherine’s High School “Class of 1954”. He was a Master Plumber, who worked for Advance Plumbing for 15 years then opened his own business, Kenth Plumbing. On December 31, 1971, he was united in marriage to Betty Jane Schmidt, who preceded him in death September 29, 2009. He was also preceded in death by his step-son, Jefffey Thomas Forbes and his sister, Edith Huevler. Arthur was a pilot and flight instructor and enjoyed flying private aircraft. He and Betty enjoyed hosting many parties for family, friends and neighbors. He will be remembered for his mixology skills and his famous Old Fashioned cocktail. His daughter will remember him for his encouragement and his mantra, Never Give Up! He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are his daughter, Brenda Marie Kenth; brother, Gerald (Jerry) Kenth; grandson, Brian Alexander Forbes; great grandson, Alex Forbes; and many nieces and nephews too numerous to mention.

Per Arthur’s wishes private services will be held.

Memorials should be directed to his daughter, Brenda Kenth.
