He was born in Chicago, IL, April 21, 1938, son of the late Arthur and Elizabeth (Nee: Reynolds) Gardner.
Art graduated from Necedah High School “Class of 1957”. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1959 - 1963. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan. He enjoyed country music, woodworking, socializing with his friends at Rosie’s, and buying scratch off lottery tickets. Art will be remembered for his willingness to help anyone in need, his cowboy hat and boots, his sense of humor, spending time with his family, and for being “Sweet and Lovable”. He will be dearly missed.
