Cecelia Anderson

Cecelia Margaret Anderson, affectionately known as Lou, age 84, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012, at Lincoln Village Convalescent Center. She was born in Racine, October 24, 1927, daughter of the late Hadji and Margaret (Nee: Kieffer) Hugasian.

Cecelia retired from Moxness Products after 37 years of employment. She was a member of First Church of God and enjoyed volunteering her time to help others. She was a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. She will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her 2 sons, John M. (Linda) Anderson and their sons, Jonathan and Jacob , Paul D. Anderson all of Racine; sisters, JoAnn Curnes and Dorothy Hugasian of Racine, Adell Pillar, Shirley Honijo and Diane Jellico of FL; sister-in-law, Rosemary Hugasian of CA; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers John (Lois), Robert (Dorothy), and William Hugasian; sisters, Sarah (Ed) McAvoy, Marie (Sarkes) Gebelian, and Marlene (Leo) Schwartzenberger.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home, Friday, July 20, 2012, 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Ryan C. Reed officiating. Interment will follow at Mound Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet at the funeral home Thursday 5-7 P.M. and on Friday, 9:30 A.M. until time of service.

A special thank you to the staff at Lincoln Village Convalescent Center for their loving and compassionate care given to Cecelia these past two weeks.
