Cedric Dwayne Robbins, 49, of Waukegan, Illinois was born August 27, 1975, to Patsy Robbins (Bond) and Porter Robbins. He departed this life peacefully on November 5, 2024
He surrendered his life to Christ at an early age at Mt. Sanaai Baptist Church in North Chicago. He attended High School at Warren High where he touched the lives of many with his cheerful attitude, sense of humor, and his ready smile.
Cedric was someone who loved unconditionally. He was a loving son, brother, father, uncle and friend. He lived for life, happiness, joy, and the love of his family. He was an avid sports fanatic. He enjoyed video games, and he was very competitive in both.
He is survived by his mother Patsy Bond (Louis T) and his father Porter Robbins; eight loving children: daughters; Kiara Cunningham and Aja Robbins; sons; Xavier Cunningham, Kylan Robbins, Cedric Robbins Jr., Alexander Robbins, Cameron Robbins, and Dazzquarius Robbins; siblings; Tammie (Charles) Johnson, Tara Harris, Darnell Ricks, Tasha Robbins, Desmond Washington, Shalonda Robbins, Lashonda Robbins, Quenten Robbins; a host of nieces and nephews; his “best friend” Charles E. Robertson II, aka Baby Charles; and a very special cousin Tharon Davis.
Following the disposition of Cedric’s remains we will gather to share memories and celebrate his life. The Celebration of life will be Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Royal Reflections Event Space 2300 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive North Chicago, Illinois at 11:00 a.m.
