Christopher Canady Jr.

Christopher Deshone Canady Jr. was born in Racine, April 3, 2014 the scond child of Christopher D. Canady and Shaquita L. Boatman. The angel of the Lord came swiftly on May 15, 2014 at 9:33 p.m. and took him from earthy labor to his reward.

Christopher was one pound 6.3 oz. born at 9:33 p.m. His mom had an emergency c-section. The doctor told his parents it was not safe for him to stay in the womb. Christopher was born with a heart murmur. He then was transferred to Lutheran General Lutheran Hospital because he had became very sick. He stayed in the I.C.U. for a couple of weeks and days later the doctor explained there was nothing else they could do for him so it was decided to end all artificial life support.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving parents, Chris and Shaquita; his sister, Shaliya; grandparents, Cherita Atkins, Troy Boatman, Estella Smith, and Phillip Canady; great grandparents, Bessie Fultz, Leola Thomas, Bernice Burkett, and Chico Canady; aunts and uncles, Michael, Canady, Marquita Canady, Latayzia Boatman, Latia Boatman, Marcus Boatman, Troy Boatman, Dominique Atkins, Quintin Atkins, and Keshia Canady. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Marcus Canady.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday, May 31, 2014, 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 11:00 A.M.
