David Louis Turner

David Louis Turner, age 63, passed away at his residence, Wednesday, February 11, 2026. He was born in Memphis, TN, January 8, 1963, son of the late Hubert and Bessie (Nee: McCray) Turner.

David was employed for many years at American Roller. David enjoyed playing darts, was quite the pool shark and grill master, who also liked gardening, a variety of music and working on his cars. Above all, it was time spent with his family and friends that he cherished most.

He was loved dearly and will be sadly missed by his lifelong partner, Adela Trevino; children, Deavon Turner, Aaliyah Turner, Tyan Turner and Shaquita Williams; grandchildren, Ariana Taylor, Emeleio Turner, Deavon Turner Jr. and Ahmir Jordan, Sean, Trenishia, Reginald, Derwin, Diamond and Daniel; great grandchildren, Jha’Cari, Cherish, Amarionna, Serenity, and Sean; siblings, Jerry Turner, Earl Turner, Sherry Turner, Billy Turner, Ricky Turner and Debra Ann Poole.

Funeral services celebrating David’s life will be held at the funeral home, 11:00 am, Friday, March 20, 2026, with Rev. Terry Howell officiating. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for Visitation on Friday, from 10:00 am until time of service.
