Donald David DeGroot

Donald David DeGroot, age 69, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 2, 2022, at Ascension All Saints Hospital. He was born in Kenosha, WI, April 9, 1952, son of the late Clarence and Martha (Nee: Brand) DeGroot.

He was united in marriage to the love of his life Charlene Cagle who preceded him in death April 22, 1999. His deep faith and personal relationship with the Lord gave him strength throughout his life. He will be dearly missed.

Surviving are his children, Troy (Jeniffer) DeGroot, Donald DeGroot, Shonda DeGroot; grandchildren, Emma, Andrew, and Evan DeGroot, Jessica (Kyle) Kinzer, Katelyn DeGroot, Alexis DeGroot, Jordon DeGroot, Isaiah DeGroot; great grandchildren, Zendaijha DeGroot, Isaiah DeGroot Jr, Charlotte Kinzer (deceased), Lincoln Kinzer, Emmersyn DeGroot (deceased); siblings, Barb Weiher, John (Linda) DeGroot, Diane (Tom) Schaitel, Richard (Jean) DeGroot, Robert DeGroot (deceased), James (Karen) DeGroot, Clyde (Joanne) DeGroot, Ray DeGroot (deceased), Carol DeGroot, Kent DeGroot (deceased); former daughter in-law, Stephanie Baer; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held at the funeral home, Friday, January 21, 2022, at 7 pm. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the service 5-7 pm In lieu of flowers memorials to the family to help with funeral expenses have been suggested.
