Dr. Warren Miller

Surrounded by his loving family, Warren J. Miller, age 80, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at Becker-Shoop Center. Warren was born in Springdale, PA, October 12, 1931, son of the late Charles and Zella (Nee: Lockhart) Miller.

On August 23, 1958 he was united in marriage to Rose Marie Orzechowski. Warren was a chemist working at Eastman Kodak in Rochester, New York, until his retirement in 1991. His pastimes included sailing, racing, and photography. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-three years, Rose Marie; his children, Jane Miller, Charles (Tricia) Miller, Matthew (Tracie) Miller; his six grandchildren, Allison, Elaina, Sophia, Andrew, Zachary, and Jake; brother, Herbert (Nancy) Miller of Indianapolis, IN; brother-in-law, Robert (JoAnn) Orzechowski; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, June 4, 2012, 11:00 A.M. at St. Rita Catholic Church, 4339 Douglas Avenue. Private interment will be held. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Monday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time of Mass at 11:00 A.M. Memorials to ones favorite charity have been suggested.
