Life Story / Obituary
Gary Alan Hyatt, age 61, passed away unexpectedly at his residence, Sunday, March 23, 2025. He was born in Racine, December 30, 1963, son of the late Clarence and Betty Hyatt.
Gary was a graduate of Park High School, “Class of 1981”. On September 6, 1997, he was united in marriage to Cindy A. Parkhurst. Gary was employed by Belle Tool for 25 years and most recently employed by J I Case. Gary enjoyed darts, horseshoes, and his 1989 Formula Firebird and his furry friends, Kemosabe and Max. He enjoyed dining out, especially if there was prime rib on the menu. Above all it was time spent with his family that he cherished most.
He was loved dearly and will be sadly missed by his wife, Cindy; children, Jennifer (Matthew) Puma, Joshaua (Katheryn) James, Shawna Hyatt, Tara Hyatt (Zach O’Brien), Ryan (Becca) Hyatt; grandchildren, Alex, Riley, Isabella, Sam, Abby, Devin, Amary, Chase, LJ, Emma, Willow and Zayne; step mother, Tilly Hyatt; siblings, Catherine Hyatt, Lynn (Brian) Halbur, Jerry Kannenberg, Michelle Hyatt, Linda Hyatt, Jimmy (Jill) Hyatt; in-laws, Scott (Dawn) Parkhurst, Steve (Kelley) Parkhurst, nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends. In addition to his parent’s, he was preceded in death by his, step father, Donald Kannenberg, brother Michael Hyatt and his father and mother-in-law, Roger (Shari) Parkhurst.
Relatives and friends are welcome to meet and greet the family, Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10:00 until 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
