Life Story / Obituary

Gracey was a beautiful, innocent soul who faced a lifetime of serious health challenges with extraordinary courage and resilience. Though she endured more pain than most experience in a lifetime, she met every obstacle with remarkable strength, unwavering determination, and a spirit that inspired everyone who knew her. Her life was a testament to God’s faithfulness, as she overcame impossible odds time and time again.

Gracey loved Jesus with all her heart, and her life reflected His light. Her contagious laugh and radiant smile could brighten any room she entered. She found joy in God’s creation—splashing in the water at the beach, playing with bubbles, swinging at the park on her favorite swing, and marveling at fireworks, which brought her endless happiness.

Above all, Gracey was deeply loved. She was a cherished daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend whose beautiful spirit touched countless lives. Her courage, unconditional love, and joyful heart will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her loving mother, Janelle Steeves; her sister, Areania Ramirez; her brothers, Tyler Ramirez and Jacob Corrie; her grandmother, Maureen Steeves; her aunt, Jamie Krug; her cousins, Jasimine Krug and Katilina Krug; along with many other relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Noel Corrie; her grandfather, Alan Milanowski; and her grandmother, Pamela Corrie.

A funeral service will be held at Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home, 803 Main St. on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home prior to the service 4-5 pm.

Though our hearts are broken by her absence, we find peace and comfort in knowing that Gracey is now completely healed, free from pain, and forever resting in the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ. Her beautiful smile, courageous spirit, and unwavering love will remain in our hearts until we are together again.
