With his loving family by his side, Marion S. “Harry” Harrington Jr., age 80, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022 at his residence. He was born in Kokomo, IN, on December 20, 1941, son of the late Marion and Marjorie (nee: Wright) Harrington Sr.

Harry proudly served in the U.S. Army. On October 2, 1965, Harry was united in marriage to Nancy l. Johnson. They shared fifty-three beautiful years together before Nancy passed away in 2019. Harry was employed with PDQ for twenty-three years before retirement. Never able to sit still and always the people person, Harry continued working with Rutgers Oil, K-Mart and Farm & Fleet up until this past year. He was a longtime member of St. Edward Catholic Church. In his spare time, Harry enjoyed working in his yard, playing cards, family night every Thursday night, gambling trips, his dogs, Hailey and Charlie, and the time spent meeting up for coffee with his friends. Harry will be best remembered for his great love and devotion to his family.

Harry will be dearly missed by his two favorite children, Mike (Penny) Harrington, Ginny Harrington (Charlie Bergdorf); six grandchildren, Kyle, Anthony, Taylor, Miranda, Janae, Dana, Kevin; six great-grandchildren, Savannah, Alex, Athena, Mekhi, Cade, Kye, Ayden; great-great grandchild, Amelia; siblings, Fr. Dominic Young, William Harrington, Rebecca (Peter) Argy Sharon Alexander, Caroline Vaughn and Nancy Rogers; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends, especially Pat. In addition to his parents and wife, Marion was also preceded in death by his grandson, Michael Rieckhoff.

Funeral services l will be at the funeral home on Tuesday May 10, 2022, 11:00 am. with Fr. Juan Manuel Camacho officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and Tuesday at the funeral home from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am.

The service will be live streamed and may be viewed by going to the funeral home website, select Harry's page, select service, and select livestream.

Interment with Full Military Honors will be held at the Southern Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery on June 8th.
