Jane Eleanor Egresi, age 93, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024, at her residence. She was born in Franksville, WI, December 6, 1930, daughter of the late Roy and Eleanor (Nee: Spang) Leonard.

Jane graduated from St. Catherine’s High School “Class of 1948”. On October 20, 1956, at St. Louis Catholic Church she was united in marriage to the love of her life Eugene J. Egresi. Jane was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church. She enjoyed her many trips to Las Vegas, bus trips throughout the United States and her monthly luncheons with her sisters, nieces and nephew. She will be remembered as a good cook and baker, a devoted, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her husband of nearly 68 years, Eugene; children, Joannie (Raymond) Budzinski, Julianne (Bruce) Widowski, Jeff (Cheri) Egresi; 7 loving grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter; siblings, Carol Egresi, Marlene Leonard, Charles (Shirley) Leonard, Patricia (Gary) Leunberg, Barbara (Joe) Vesbach; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandsons, Daniel and Steven Widowski, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Louis Catholic Church, 13207 Hwy G, Friday, September 27, 2024, 11 am with Rev. Thomas Vathappallil officiating. Interment will follow at St. Louis Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the Mass 10-11 am. Memorials to St. Louis Parish have been suggested.
