With his soulmate and longtime loving partner by his side, John E. Perry passed away early Monday morning. October 17, 2022 at his residence. John was born in Kenosha on August 7, 1947, son of the late John and Florence (nee: Lozkiewicz) Perry.

John graduated from Bradford High School. In his young adult years, he worked as a longshoreman in Wisconsin, built docks in Florida, and explored other various jobs. He drove gravel trucks and semi trucks for Supervalu until retirement. Outside of work he was passionate about music, cooking, and the outdoors. As a talented self-taught musician, John played guitar, harmonica, piano and pretty much any other instruments that fell into his hands. This gift led him to adventures all around the States playing in various bands and entertaining people. It was through one of his friends that he met the love of his life, Helen Siferd. From that point forward their paths were entwined; thirty-five years of adventures, amazing meals, and dancing to all of their favorite music. A man of many talents, John enjoyed spending his free time fishing, boating, gardening, cooking, and simply being outdoors with nature.

John will be dearly missed by his sweetheart, Helen Siferd; Son, Brian Perry, and Heather Siferd (Casey Svendsen), Amy Miller (Jon Eldridge) (late Nick Miller); grandchildren, Tabitha Whitt, Jayden and Trace Miller; sisters Nancy (Wally) Antos, Marilyn Brong; nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents John was also preceded in death by his sons, Quinn Perry and Josh Sabine; Sister, Kim Beam; and Brother Donald Perry.

A Celebration of John’s Life will be held Thursday, November 3rd 2022, visitation 10:30am-11:30am CT and service to start promptly at 11:30am CT.
