John William Kirsh

John William Kirsh, age 63, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, at his home. He was born in Racine, Wisconsin, August 29, 1962, son of Raymond and Bette (Nee: Carlson) Kirsh.

John graduated from Shoreland Lutheran High School in Kenosha and was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church.

John moved to Valdosta, Georgia and spent many years there working in the HVAC field and had also owned and ran a Taxi Company. He returned to Racine in 2016 to care for his parents. John loved Rock n Roll, old TV shows and rooting for the Packers and Brewers.

He is survived by his fiancée, Brenda Brown; cousins, Sue (John) Clemens, Nancy (Tim) Andersen, Jim (Holly) Ritchey; other cousins, friends and his best friend, his dog Lucy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jeffrey R. Kirsh.

A memorial service will be held in the future.
