Judie Ann Rasmussen, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, February 21, 2024. She was born in Racine, February 7, 1942, daughter of the late Jerry and Ruth (Nee: Garner) Cacciotti.

Judie was a graduate of Wm. Horlick High School, “Class of 1960”. She was employed at Union Savings and Loan, Tri-Clover, and JI Case. Judie then owned and operated Peacock Boutique until her retirement.

Judie will forever be remembered for her sense of style. Her love of glitter, sparkles, jewels, and shoes were a part of her everyday life. She loved shopping, dining out, enjoying a good joke and overall spending time with family and friends.

She was loved dearly and will be sadly missed by her husband, Jerry Rasmussen, cherished stepchildren, Steve (Eileen) Williquette, Scott (Vicki) Williquette, Dawn (James) Biermann, Michael (Julie) Williquette, Lisa Williquette, Dale (Cara) Williquette, Tammy Moore, Kellie Bowers, Kim Moore, Scott Rasmussen, and David Rasmussen. She is also survived by her brother, Jerry (Arlene) Cacciotti, sister, Margie Gatzke; other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parent’s, she was preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Williquette, brother-in-law, Clyde Gatzke.

Funeral Services celebrating Judie’s life will be held at the funeral home, 11:30 am, Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Entombment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for Visitation, Wednesday 10:00 until time of service at the funeral home. Memorials To St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital have been suggested by the family.
