Kathy Jo Peterson

Kathy Jo Peterson, age 68, passed away peacefully June 18, 2025. She was born in Franksville, May 19, 1957, daughter of the late Lyle and Leone (Nee: Hoffman) Peterson.

Kathy was a graduate of J.I. Case High School, “Class of 1975”. On February 4, 1994, Kathy was united in marriage to Craig Gummow. Kathy was employed by the Racine Journal Times. She enjoyed her crafts and caring for her beagles, but above all cherished time with her family, especially with her grandchildren.

She was loved dearly and will be sadly missed by her husband, Craig; children, Alysa Gummow, Veronika Gummow, Stephen Gummow; grandchildren, Nadia, Alexandria and Mia; 6 siblings; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Private funeral services were held.
