Keith Sidney Betts

Keith Sidney Betts, age 64, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 31, 2024. He was born in Waukegan, IL, March 25, 1960, son of Garland Betts and Mozelle (Nee: Massie) Etinne Keith attended school in Waukegan Illinois. He later moved to Racine, Wi and obtained his GED. Keith enjoyed fishing, music mainly Jazz playing cards and he loved to eat good food. Keith loved spending time with his family especially the kids. He was very smart he could tell you anything regarding the law. Keith had a good heart he knew everyone he was respected by many people. He will be remembered for his smile and laughter. He will be dearly missed.

Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Charde (Quaterro) Middlebrooks his son Roberto Garcia Jr; grandchildren, Quaterro, A’quyla, Quayshawn, and Quinteerius Middlebrooks; his Sisters, Garnette GiGi Betts(Ernest), Angela Fralin, Carmen Etinne-Fisher, Erica Etinne, Diane Kitt Brothers Moses Etinne Jr, Mark Etinne; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and dear friends Terry Lockridge, Mary (Cat) Mack and Carrie Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents Garland Betts, Mozelle Marie Etinne brothers Garland Andre Massie-Betts, Glenter Banks. Niece Gayit (Yama) Tenort-Franklin.

A Homegoing celebration will be held at the funeral home, Friday, August 16, 2024, 11 am with Johnny Ford officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service 10-11 am.
