Lois Irene Rohleder

Lois Irene Rohleder (nee Henning) – Age 82

Passed peacefully into Heaven’s arms on December 8th, 2025, after a long battle with multiple strokes since 2022.

She is survived by her beloved son, Scott Rohleder (Margie Phillips), daughter Kelly (John) Meyers, nephew John Engmann, and Godson David (Amber) Katka.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 43 yrs, Donald Rohleder, and her parents, Stewart and Cleora (nee Moyer) Henning.

Lois was born on January 18th, 1943, in Milwaukee, WI., and was a graduate of South Division High School. She married Donald Rohleder on Feb. 13th, 1965. She was employed at Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation for 30+ years. After she retired, she became an avid member of 2 Red Hat Society groups. She did constant charity work for the West Allis Senior Center, knitting blankets, sweaters, and baby outfits to give to the local hospitals, nursing homes and for those in need. She also had a love for crafting and an affinity for giraffes. She was an active member of Zion United Church of Christ in Milwaukee until her husband’s death in 2009. She then became a member of Raymond Community Church UCC after she moved to Sturtevant with her daughter and son-in-law.

Lois is survived by many other family members and friends. Her bright smile and fun laugh will be missed by all. She was someone who was always there to help if needed and cared for so many people. The family would like to thank Hospice Alliance House of Kenosha for their amazing care of Lois in her last days… they are truly angels on earth.
