Marie Siegfrieda Costanzo

Marie Siegfrieda Costanzo (née Kathan), age 83, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2026. She was born in Brooklyn, NY, on December 19, 1942, to Rudolph and Marie Kathan.

Marie married Robert Costanzo in 1963 and moved to Long Island, NY, in 1969. In 1976, she moved to Racine, WI, where she lived until 2021. She lived in Florida for 1 1/2 years and then in Arizona until her passing.

Marie was an avid golfer and advanced downhill skier, skiing the mountains of Vermont with her husband, Bob. Marie’s favorite pastime was spending time with and cooking for family and friends. Marie would light up a room when she walked in with her charisma and charm. She never lost her Brooklyn accent. She will always be loved and dearly missed.

Marie was preceded in death by her father, Rudolph; her mother, Marie; and her two older sisters, Greta and Norma.

Friends and family are welcome to meet for a celebration of life at Johnson Park Pavilion, 6200 Johnson Park Dr., Racine, Saturday September 12, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm, with a brief service at 5:00 pm.
