Michael D. Williams

Michael (Mike) D. Williams, age 57, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 23, 2020 after a hard-fought 2 1/2 year battle with oral cancer. He was born on February 25, 1963 in Madison to Theodore (Ted) and Carol Hudson Williams and was the youngest in this family of nine children.

On October 18, 1986 he married Deborah K. Peterson. Together they had two sons, Christopher and Joshua (Lauren). They were also parents to Chris Reff and grandparents to his child, Kassandra as well the role of adopted parents to many neighborhood kids. Mike worked in construction for many years and always made sure his kids were well taken care of.

Mike is survived by sons, Christopher and Josh, his daughter-in-law, Lauren, his dad, Ted (Jeanne) and siblings and their families, John, Andrew, Andrea, Matt, Tony and Kathi. His family will miss him dearly as will all of his many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debs, his mother, Carol, and his brothers, Ted, Tom, Bill and David.

A celebration will be held at a future time.
