Michelle Leigh Davalos

Michelle Leigh Davalos (Tamez) transitioned into the next life, September 8, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Michelle is preceded in death by her mother, Jean Manteufel (Booth), and stepfather, Gary Manteufel. She is survived by her loving husband, Arturo Davalos; her five siblings, Tony Booth (Kim), Raymond Tamez, Corey Tamez (Terry), Edward Manteufel (Jessica), and Rebecca McGowan (Patrick); as well as countless nieces and nephews.

Michelle spent her life caring for others, both professionally and within her family. She loved spoiling her many nieces and nephews, and she never passed up an opportunity to make a feast for any occasion. There was never a worry of running out of food when Michelle showed up with her ten-pound lasagna or a giant bowl of fruit or pasta salad.

An animal lover all her life, she will be reunited with her first fur baby, Zouse, and leaves behind her newest fur babies, Odin and Brutus.

Funeral Services will be held at Maresh- Meredith and Acklam on Friday September 18th from 10:30-12 Visitation/Viewing with service to follow.

Family and Friends are invited to gather at Franksville Park Pavillion 1 after the service to share a story or a drink in Michelle' s honor
