Paris Delray Howard

Paris Delray Howard aka Shorty P, age 52, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025. He was born in Chicago, IL, son of George Howard and Dorothy Stevenson.

Paris was employed as a caregiver with Good Life at Home. He will forever be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humor, ability to crack jokes, love of music and his caring and friendly personality.

He was loved dearly and will be sadly missed by his father, George Howard, his mother, Dorothy Stevenson; brothers, Derrick Howard, Darnell Smith, George (Cecilia) Alfaro; sister Caroline (Phillip) Morgan, cherished nieces and nephews, Shaquille, Darius,Calvin,Derek, Markee (Bianca), George (Ree-Ree), Letisha, Malik, Isaiah, Aliyah, Jasmine, Tasha, and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Jermaine “Flav” Howard and his nephew Travontae.

Funeral Services celebrating Paris’s life will be held at the funeral home,11:00 am, Friday, July 25, 2025. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for Visitation, Friday at 10:00 am, until time of service at the funeral home.
