Life Story / Obituary
Paul Duff, age 85, passed away Friday, March 21, 2025, at Lincoln Park Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born in Antigo, WI, July 22, 1939, son of the late Robert and Ethel (Nee: Kollath) Duff.
Paul proudly served his country in the U.S. National Guard. He was employed by the Racine Railroad as a mechanical engineer and last employed by the Racine Water and Wastewater Department. Paul was an active member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, serving on the church council and the altar guild and volunteering his time with the food pantry. He enjoyed meeting his friends on his daily walks at the Regency Mall. In his retirement he enjoyed putzing and was an avid Packer and Brewer fan. He was a loving and caring individual who always doted on his mother. Above all it was time spent with his family that he cherished most.
He is survived by his very special and dear friend, Ann Marie Putman; his daughter-in-law, Claudia Duff, grandchildren, Dr. Kevin Cappelen, Kimberly Koprovic; great grandchildren, Karson, Keegan, Kollin, Casey and Carter; sisters-in-law, Gretchen Duff and Judy Lemmons, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. In addition to his parent’s, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia (Nee: Lemmons) Duff and his son, Charles “Chuck” Duff and brothers, Lee, Ivan and Bruce.
Funeral services celebrating Paul’s life will be held at 3:00 pm, Sunday April 6, 2025, at Journey in Faith Church, 6767 Hwy 38, Franksville, with Rev. Alice Johnson officiating.
