Richelle Allynne Cornella, age 58, passed away Monday September 1, 2025 at her residence. Richelle was born in Racine on November 23, 1966, daughter of Randolph and Lillie (nee: Castro) Cornella.

Richelle graduated from Wm. Horlick High School “Class of 1984”. She was a real estate appraiser with Boutell Realty and Statewide Appraisal for many years. An artistic person, Richelle enjoyed her arts and crafts and drawing. She also enjoyed travelling, baking and cooking. Above all, Richelle will be best remembered for her great love and devotion to her family, her cats and her Rottweiler, Stella.

Richelle will be dearly missed by her mother, Lillie Cornella; daughter, Alexandria “Lexi” (Alexandru) Bobitiu; her son, Mark Cornella; her granddaughter, Sofia Bobitiu; her soulmate, Michael Ortiz; siblings, Randolph “Randy” Cornella (Nancy Wedge), Rebecca (Matthew) Larsen, and Roshann Cornella (Jamie McGuire); her extended Ortiz family; nieces, Amanda Torres and Samantha Cornella; nephew, Randy Cornella; other relatives and friends. Richelle was preceded in death by her father, Randolph Cornella.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday September 19, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Richelle’s Life service to start at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Racine Humane Society have been suggested.

The family extends a special thank you to the staff at Horizon Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.
