Robert A. McClelland

Robert Alan McClelland, age 70, passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Racine, WI, June 22, 1953, son of the late Ivory and Betty (Nee: Oliver) McClelland.

Robert graduated from J.I Case High School “Class of 1971”. He was employed at Racine Belle City for 22 years and retired from Industrial Finishing. On December 19, 1978, he was united in marriage to Beverly Davis. Robert was a hard worker who enjoyed retirement eating and watching the old Westerns especially Gun smoke. He was a people person who had a good sense of humor and enjoyed telling a joke. He will be dearly missed.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Beverly; daughter, Ebony and son Iryn; a granddaughter, Maliah Campbell; siblings, Margaret (Rufus) Lark, Glendall McClelland, Brian McClelland; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by siblings, Ivory McClelland Jr., Terry (Carolyn) McClelland, Ernest McClelland, Kathy (James) Golden.

A memorial service will be held at the funeral home, Friday, June 14, 2024, 11am with Apostle LeRoy Shanks officiating. Relatives and friends may meet prior to the service 10-11am.
