Sandra Mae Paulick

With her family by her side, Sandra M. Paulick, age 81, passed away peacefully Friday evening, August 9, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center-Mt. Pleasant. Sandra was born in LaCrosse, WI on May 3, 1943, daughter of the late Christopher and Anna (nee: Bratton) Brenengen.

On April 19, 1964, Sandra was united in marriage to the love of her life, Wilbert J. Paulick. They raised two children, Brian and Kristine, and shared 60 beautiful years together. Sandra was employed at St. Mary’s / Wheaton Franciscan Medical Center as an LPN for twenty-five years retiring in 2000. She also proved to be a great caregiver for her husband Willie. In her spare time, she enjoyed her flower garden, car shows and her collection of Norwegian Trolls. Above all, she loved her time spent with her family.

Sandra will be dearly missed by her husband, Willie; children, Brian Paulick, Kristine (James) Wilson; grandchildren, Dr. Thomas (Shvaughn) Paulick, Caleb Wilson, and Ryan (Brianna) Wilson; great grandchildren, Kenneth, Declan and Brynn; sisters, Lucille (the late Roland) Hicks, Carol (the late Leslie) Kenyon; sisters-in-law, Kathy Brenengen, Sandra Paulick; brother-in-law. Louis Araco; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James Brenengen, Clayton (Darlene) Brenengen; in-laws, Angeline Araco, Peter (Dolores) Paulick, and Bernard Paulick.

Per Sandy’s wishes, private family services will be held.
