Shari S. Tenney

Shari Sue Tenney, age 78, passed away peacefully at home with her sister by her side Saturday, March 28, 2026. She was born in Racine, WI, August 15, 1947, daughter of the late Jack and Isobel (Nee: Rasmussen) Chalik.

Shari graduated from Sweetwater Union High School in National City, CA and after moving back to Racine earned 2 associate degrees from Gateway Technical College in Marketing Management and Hospitality.

Her marriages brought her to live in Montanna and Iowa. Shari was a member of Grace Church. She enjoyed NASCAR , country music and was a big animal lover especially when it came to her dogs.

Shari will be missed by her daughter Jeanna Marie Lindgren; her sister, JeanMarie Chalik; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert John Rudolph and Lawrence Tenney.

Private services will be held.
