Sharon Joyce Christopherson, age 78, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Aurora Medical Center, Mt. Pleasant, WI, surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 24,1946 in Racine, WI and was the daughter of the late John S. (Jack) and Virginia (Pedersen) Sacket Sr.

She was raised in Racine and attended Winslow Elementary School, Franklin Jr. High School and graduated from Washington Park High School in 1964. Sharon was employed by the Racine Public Library, Western Printing, Don Hutson Chevrolet/Cadillac and J.I. Case Corporation.

After being previously married, she married "The Love of her Life", Ned (Rusty) Christopherson on July 17, 1979. Sharon enjoyed her family first and foremost, Rock Music, a Good Breakfast, Traveling, Dogs, Cats, the Brewers, Packers (especially Brett Favre), and her 1966 SS396 4-Speed, Black Chevy Chevelle. She especially took great pride in being well versed in politics and current events, of which she had substantial knowledge.

She is survived by her children; William (Renne) Wendt IV, Carolyn Null; her grandchildren Taylor (Alex) Wendt-Mohr, Brittany Null, Valerie Majors, Averi Wendt, Michael Null; and great grandchildren; Shayla Majors, Andie Majors and Shay Majors Jr. In addition to brothers; John S. (Charlene) Sacket Jr. and William G. (Tina) Sacket; and nieces and nephews Susan Merrill, John (Alli) Sacket III, Brooks Larsen, Samuel (Rochellie) Sacket, Vincent Sacket and Jack Sacket.

Funeral Services honoring Sharon’s Life will be held at the funeral home, 11:30 am, Thursday, October 10, 2024. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for Visitation, 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital have been suggested by the family.
