Susan D. Morano, age 66, passed away Friday, June 10, 2016 at Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints Medical Center. Susan was born in Racine, July 22, 1949, daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy (Nee: Sura) Dastrup.
On May 10, 1968, Susan was united in marriage to John F.A. Morano who preceded her in death on August 10, 2006. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Danielle Rae Salman of Miami, FL, Nicole Girolamo of Racine; her grandchildren, Danielle, Julie, Christian; brother, Martin Dastrup of Sturtevant, William Dastrup of Racine; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, June 15, 2016, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 10:00 until time of service.
