Susan Jennifer Johnson, of Chandler, AZ, entered into eternal peace and rest on June 25, 2026.
Susie was born in Racine, Wisconsin on April 4, 1964. She attended Wind Point School, Jerstad-Agerholm School and William Horlick High School. While at Horlick, she participated on the swimming and softball teams and sang in the choir. After graduating from Horlick, Susie attended the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point graduating with majors in Music and Fashion Merchandising. She also graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Music was an important part of her life. Susie sang at many family and friend events, including weddings, birthday parties, and rehearsal dinners. She also loved to cook…anytime for any event or just to have a gathering.
For the past 15 years, Susie lived in Arizona. Traveling around the state in her Recreational Vehicle and cooking at all the stops along the way. She loved butterflies, dragon flies and hummingbirds. Whenever you see one of these, please think of Susie.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Elisabeth M. Congdon, and Millard W. and Marian R. Johnson, her parents Charles W. and Jennifer C. Johnson, and her brother-in-law Christopher Crowell.
She is survived by her siblings Elisabeth (H. Herbert) Fisher, Clare B. Johnson, Thomas (Linda) Johnson, Marian Crowell, and Ann C. (Lisa Lindsey) Johnson. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Charles (Estefania), Fisher, Jacklyn (Gabriel) Rodriguez, Jenna (Stephen) Lowe, Andrew Crowell, Catherine and Sarah Johnson and three grandnieces and two grandnephews.
She will be interred at Graceland Cemetery by her parents. Services are private and for the family.
