Tamara Lee Pouliot, age 64, passed away Monday December 26, 2022 at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, surrounded by family. Tamara was born in Milwaukee on April 26, 1958, daughter of the late Robert and Phyliss (nee: Foster) Treptow.

On September 24, 1988, Tammy was united in marriage to Todd Michael Pouliot. They shared twenty-nine beautiful years together, before Todd passed away October 8, 2017. Tammy was a longtime member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church, formerly known as Racine Baptist Temple. She was a member of AA, Alanon and Grove Club and was proud of her thirty-seven years of sobriety. Tammy made it her mission to use her wisdom and strength to help many others in their time of need. She was an avid Packers fan. Tammy will be best remembered for her strong faith and her great love and devotion to her family.

Tammy will be dearly missed by her daughters, Michelle Warmington and Trisha (John) Nejedly; grandchildren, Dayleen Bergsrud, Jessica Bergsrud, James Bergsrud III, Rebecca Nejedly and April Nejedly; great grandchildren, Jace, Corey, Kane, Carson and Hazel; siblings, Marie Borrmann, Debbie Treptow, Robert Treptow Jr.; brothers-in-law and sisters-law, Brian Pouliot , Avalt Tohm, Lisa (Paul) Lubke and Kathy Pouliot; 3 nephews. Mark Borrmann JR, Dustin Borrmann, and Aaron Borrmann, other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Tammy was also preceded in death by her brothers-in-law, Mark Borrmann Sr. and Brad Pouliot.

A Celebration of Tammy’s Life Service will be held at Blessed Hope Baptist Church, 4835 Taylor Avenue, on January 12th, 2022 with Pastor Frank Williams officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30-10 for immediate family and regular visitation from 10am-11am. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
