Tariq M. K. Landis

Tariq Landis “Zoo”, age 3, passed away unexpectedly August 16, 2022. Tariq was a very happy little boy he loved to watch Boss baby, play on his tablet, and enjoy the outside. He loved to swim, he loved to jump around on everything and anything. Zoo was a fearless and adventurous toddler. He was curious about everything he touched and smelled everything before he ate. He will be missed by loving parents Kierra Snow and Aaron Edwards (Tony Landis) he leaves to cherish his precious memory his siblings Teyana Snow, Tiyana Snow, Tyree Henges and Tarhya Snow. (Ace Landis, Nikolai Landis) Grandmothers Tamika Snow, Rhonda Edwards and (Paula Landis) Great grandmother Mary Jane Peet; Aunt's (Kyasia Cook-Snow, Kytiana Snow). Uncle (Kahlil Snow) Great Aunt (Toni Peet) Great Uncle's (Eddie Monroe, Murl Monroe,) Great Great (Aunt Linda Peet) Great Great Uncles (Ocie Peet Jr, John Peet and James Peet) Cousin (Kahliyah Snow) He was preceeded in death by brother Tyriq Henges Great Grandfather (Larry Snow) Uncle (Lavelle Monroe) Great Great Grandparents the late (Ocie B. Peet Sr. & Eddie Mae Peet.) Tariq will forever have a place in our hearts and his memory will last forever.

Funeral services celebrating Tariq’s life will be held Friday, August 26, 2022, 11:00 AM at the Church of the Nazarene, 2100 Taylor Ave. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family, Friday 10:00 AM until time of service at the church.
