Timmy Oliver

Timmy Oliver made his transition to eternal life on Sunday September 11, 2022 at the age of 59. Timmy was tragically taken from his family as a result of a hit and run accident. Timmy was born in Racine on July 3, 1963, son of the late Ruby (nee: Price) and Clyde Oliver Sr.

Timmy was always willing to lend a helping hand to his family, and friends. It was the simple things in life that brought him joy; namely taking walks, dancing, music, fishing, riding bikes and playing cards. Above all it was time spent with family and friends that he cherished the most. Timmy will be sadly missed.

Timmy is survived by 4 siblings; Julia (Michael) Witherspoon, Annie (Joe) McLemore, Clyde Oliver Jr., and Twanna Jean Oliver; aunts, Merida Kirk-Griffey and Lillie Louella Price and uncle, Booker T. Oliver. Timmy is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. His special friends are; Cheryl Weill, David Pierce, Albert “Dink” Griffin, Cliff Mullins, Bernard Price, Diane Oliver, Bob Cook, Ryan Hanks, Jeffery Hollins, Kerstal Wyatt, Michael Hill, and Walter and Angela Hamilton. In addition to his parents, Timmy was preceded in death by sisters,Theresa, Mittie, Ruthie and Dale Oliver, and Lendon (Warner) Bell; b rothers; Dennis, Alsalvo Sr. and Gil Oliver; niece Brandy; nephews Fatoma and Jayceon; maternal and paternal grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will held at the funeral home, Thursday, September 15, 2022, 11 am with Pastor Karl McNeil officiating. Relatives and friends will may meet prior to the service 10 am - 11 am. The service will be live streamed and may be viewed by going to the funeral home website, select Timmy's page, select service and select live stream.
